Pro Optimis has been Co Founded by Paul Daubney and Guy Howie, together they have over 25 years combined industry experience, primarily within Telecommunications and Financial Services. Both are formerly Heads of Revenue Assurance for Tier 1 European Operators.
 Paul Daubney BSc (Hons) ACA CISA
Paul is a a senior finance professional with over 15 years industry experience. Prior to founding Pro Optimis he held the position of Head of Revenue Assurance for Telewest Broadband, a leading 'triple play' service provider. Here he established a highly successful department, which delivered multi million pound business improvements and was benchmarked by KPMG as a leader within this discilpline, specifically being recognised for deploying 'world class' performance measurement.
He has always been passionate about how, by combining the latest analytical tools & techniques together with real buisness knowledge & experience, everyday business data can be transformed into powerful business insight that can be used to improve future business performance. This is just one of the key reasons for his decison to become a founder of Pro Optimis.
Paul's initial management and consultancy experience was gained with Ernst & Young, followed by blue chip financial services companies including, Household International, Natwest and Lazard Brothers.

Guy Howie BSc (Hons) ACA CISA
Guy has over ten years of telecommunications industry experience in Revenue Assurance, Business Intelligence and Information Systems Audit. During that time Guy has served as Head of Revenue Assurance (UK) for Cable & Wireless. Head of Revenue Assurance – Protection for Cable & Wireless Group, and BI Development & Contribution Assurance Manager for Telewest Broadband.
Prior to working in industry, Guy was a consultant in the Information Systems Assurance division of Ernst & Young, London.
Guy is well known in international revenue assurance circles through his contribution to discussions on Revenue Assurance and best practice Business Intelligence.
